Archive Reserve 2021
After a five vintage hiatus, Archive Reserve is back. A blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Zweigelt grown in Lake Country, Archive Reserve is our premium, barrel-select wine crafted from the best grapes of the vintage. Aromas of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, a hint of espresso, cedar and black pepper lead to a palate of rich fruit, well-integrated tannins and spicy oak on the finish. Aged for 18 months in French and Eastern European oak.

Zweigelt 2021
Sold-out favourite
Originating in Austria, this spicy grape variety is a cross of Blaufränkisch and St.Laurent. Aged in 225L Eastern European barrels for 12 months, it shows plum, dark chocolate, black pepper with notes of tobacco. Medium to full-bodied on the palate with well-integrated tannins and richly concentrated fruit on the finish. Perfect with pizza!

Skin Fermented Pinot Gris 2021
Discover the charm of this unique orange wine, made by fermenting Pinot Gris grapes (skins, pulp, seeds and all) for 18 days to yield a deep bronze hue and an appealing tannic structure. Aged in older American oak barrels for 20 months, this dry wine has a creamy mouthfeel, soft tannins, medium acidity and a persistent finish. You'll find notes of apricot, grapefruit rind, salted butterscotch, lightly-steeped black tea, tobacco, and a hint of vanilla.
