Top Sparkling Wine - Wildblume 2019
“Wildblume is more than apropos because this is floral and actually smells like fresh picked blueberries. Expect lemon and pear aromas and flavours. The balance is terrific, so is the flavour intensity. Almost steely and clean as a whistle.”
Top Sparkling Wine - Summerstorm 2019
“Nearly day glo pink and nice aromatics, of red current and pink peppercorn. It is light, very stony and tart, like a red berry mignonette atop a salty oyster. Very cleansing and characterful wine.”

Pinot Gris 2018:
92 POINTS: Lovely sweet herbal and ripe fruit pinot gris of higher aromatics than many and most of similar ilk and class. Does everything it can and should, meaning it delivers cool ideals, floral blossoms, honeysuckle and bright fruit. Really reminds me of good grillo from the heart of Sicily. It’s uncanny really. Who wouldn’t enjoy a chilled glass of this fresh fruit cup? Drink 2019-2022. Tasted blind at NWAC19.” - Review by Michael Godel, June 2019
Pinot Gris 2018:
91 POINTS: Rich and unctuous with abundant notes of peach, apricot, dried pear and honey that are associated with larger pinot gris. Beautiful creamy texture with a touch of pleasant bitterness at the end of the mouth that compensates for the slightly weak acidity. Well done. - Review by Michelle Bouffard, June 2019
Archive Pinot Noir 2016:
92 POINTS: Textbook warm climate Pinot, with a pretty floral and cherry nose, backed with oak. Palate is full of pure cherry flavours, with good body and a smooth finish. Pan seared duck would work well with this. - Review by Craig Pinhey, June 2019
Summerstorm 2017:
91 POINTS: This charmat method Zweigelt deftly bridges the gap between sparkling red and rosé - not as airy as a rosé, nor as dense as a red it has a great combination of structure, freshness and flavour. Love the blackberry fruit, bramble and lively bubbles. - Review by Heather Rankin, June 2019
Riesling 2018:
90 POINTS “Consistent, expressive, supremely delicious, Arrowleaf has done it again. Charming white floral fragrance, easy breezy peach and apple flavours with a zap of fruity acidity marking the lingering dry finish. Pure, clean, crisp and smashable. I highly approve of the new label too. Tasted blind at NWAC June 2018.” - Review by DJ Kearney
Zweigelt 2017:
92 POINTS: “Enticing floral nose, with exotic spice and ripe dark cherry undertones. Very fresh and lively on the medium-bodied palate, with tangy red fruit flavours and earthy nuances.” - Review by Jacky Blisson, June 2019
2019 5th annual Judgment of BC
2016 Archive Pinot Noir wins top of its category at the 5th Annual Judgment of BC
Hosted by the BC Wine Institute and curated by Vancouver-based wine expert DJ Kearney, the 2019 competition pitted 12 BC wines against 12 acknowledged global benchmarks in four categories (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah and Riesling). The wines were blind tasted by a respected panel of judges including world-renowned wine critic Steven Spurrier of the UK. British Columbia took the top spots in three out of the four varieties, and we are honoured to be one of them!
"Arrowleaf Cellars, a specialist in translating every drop of fruit and terroir in their grapes into the bottle, beat out the pinot noir field with its Archive Pinot Noir 2016." Read Anthony Gismondi's full article on the Judgment of BC.

2016 Zweigelt
90 POINTS: What a delightful, robust, peppery BC red wine made from the Zweigelt grape. Fleshy ripe blackberries and black plums on the palate with cracked black pepper. So juicy and tasty! Pair with grilled meats. Reviewed on June 23, 2018.

2017 Rosé
Their location in Lake Country puts them just off the major traffic map but they are making a compelling case for northern Okanagan fruit. Case in point, this perfectly fresh, light pink rosé that blends 85/25 pinot noir / zweigelt grown in West Kelowna and Lake Country. The harvest of these grapes are specific to rosé: earlier and at higher acidity. The style is juicy, clean and floral with rich red fruit and mineral notes; think strawberries, grapefruit and cranberries. Despite some healthy acidity it finishes just off-dry with 8.5 grams of residual sugar. A warm patio is the best match all summer. Super value.
2016 Zweigelt
Wow, I would say Arrowleaf has tamed the beast that can be zweigelt. Expect a bright, super juicy red wine that jumps off the palate with a bit of pepper and a whole lot of fresh, red cherry raspberry flavours. Clean and persistent this is an impressive bottle of bright, savoury, red wine red. Excellent grape growing and winemaking.

2017 Bacchus
I really like Arrowleaf's new labels: fresh, modern, natural, herbal. This is a sweeter aromatic white, with candied pink grapefruit, orange blossom and elderflower coating a shorter, somewhat citric tablet. Best well chilled and enjoyed on the patio.
