Swissmas! Fondue Baguettes, Cream Puffs & Mulled Wine

Stop by every Saturday & Sunday from November 23 to December 29 for Swissmas! It’s not quite Swiss and not quite Christmas but a unique interpretation of holiday traditions inspired by our family’s home country of Switzerland! Featuring our street-food-style fondue baguettes, Joe’s Famous Mulled Wine and our delicious house-made cream puffs. Indoor seating is limited, bring a blanket for the patio!

 
 

Fondue Baguettes

A staple at Switzerland’s winter festivals, we’ll be making our own version of this cheesy street-food! Garnished with cornichon and zwibeli (baby pickled onions).

Joe’s Famous Mulled Wine

A beloved annual tradition started by Arrowleaf’s co-founder Joe Zuppiger using an ancient Swiss family recipe. There’s nothing more comforting than a steaming mug of spiced wine infused with cinnamon, cloves and star anise. In honour of Joe, proceeds will go to the Lake Country Food Bank.

Holiday Cream Puffs (Order in advance!)

Our rich and delicious cream puffs are very popular around the holiday season, and to make your planning easier, it’s the only time of the year that we take pre-orders. Our Swiss-inspired flavours this season are:

  • Chocolate Raspberry  - Choux pastry filled with “schoggi” pastry cream and a raspberry mousse centre topped with Chantilly cream.

  • Hazelnut Cappuccino - Choux pastry filled with “haselnuss” pastry cream and white chocolate coffee mousse topped with cinnamon Chantilly cream. *contains hazelnuts
