Our Summerstorm sparkling rosé is particularly ideal for Thanksgiving given its naturally high acidity and bubbles, which help cleanse your palate of the rich and decadent flavours associated with a traditional holiday meal. Made from the Zweigelt grape, Summerstorm is lean and fresh with aromas of pink grapefruit, apple skin and wild roses. Who says rosé is just for summer?
Chardonnay 2022
You can’t beat a lightly-oaked Chardonnay to complement your cooking. This beautiful baby spent a total of 9 months in French oak puncheons. It has a lush mouthfeel with balanced acidity and aromas of lemongrass, sage, peach yogurt, apple, plus a hint of vanilla.
Archive Pinot Noir 2021
For red wine lovers, Pinot Noir with turkey is an obvious pairing due to its bright acidity and versatility on the dinner table. Aged in the finest oak, Archive Pinot Noir is our premium, barrel-select wine made from the best grapes of the vintage. This rich vintage is giving dark cherry, raspberry, hints of spice, rose petal and subtle components of well-integrated oak.
Zweigelt 2022
A little spice and high acidity make this wine a natural partner to most classic holiday dishes - from turkey and gravy, to savoury stuffing, to sweet-tart cranberry sauce. Aged in 225L Eastern European barrels for 12 months, Zweigelt shows plum, dark chocolate, black pepper with notes of tobacco. It's medium to full-bodied on the palate with well-integrated tannins and richly concentrated fruit on the finish.
